中文：圖a，我們會把圖中例子看成排成縱列的三個集團，或是三行水平排列的串列，而非18個獨立的圓圈。圖b，在這例子中我們容易將之視為由縱列而不是橫行所構成的圖形。圖c，我們傾向於將圖看成一個白色正方形壓在一個菱形框線與四個黑色圓形上，然而這個正方形卻不是由實線畫出來的。為了貫徹封閉原則，我們的大腦會憑空捏造出物理上不存在的輪廓，這個現象又稱為「錯覺輪廓」（illusory contours）。圖d，大部分人會將之視為兩相同大小三角形部分重疊的圖形，事實上，這個圖形可以有很多種解釋，如在快速撥放鍵圖形中央插入一個小三角形等等。 |
