Summary[edit]

Description
English: Dolma (sarma) - more than 30 types of dolma are known in Azerbaijani cuisine, which is one of the most common dishes.

The word dolma is formed from two words in our language. The first is stuffing, which is stuffed with tomatoes, peppers, eggplant, quinces, onions, etc. This name coincides with the technology of their preparation. The second word is from the verb "to wrap", which comes from wrapping the leaf inside. It should be noted that in the regions of Azerbaijan, stuffing of the same name can be cooked in different ways.

Cooking technology made from minced meat belongs to the Turks. It is the invention of the Turks to wrap, stuffed and cooked minced meat and minced meat. Not only stuffing, but also dumplings, ravioli, dumplings, ears, various pastries, pirahi (perashki) and so on. it's like that.
