Am 18. Januar werden es 60 Jahre, dass das Deutsche Reich in Versailles proklamiert wurde. Durch die Verfassung vom 16. April 1871 wurde die Proklamation des Deutschen Reiches rechtskräftig und die Regierungsgewalt über die Vereinigten deutschen Bundesstaaten vom deutschen Reichstag ausgeübt.
