DescriptionChampagne Vineyards.jpg | Vineyards in the Champagne wine region of France. The vineyards to the far left in the foreground (including the Vignobles Joseph Perrier sign on the stone wall) are located in the Hautvillers commune, while those to the right are located in the Cumières commune. The road going right-left in the picture is the D1 road. The small road running down the hill by the small house and exiting on the D1 at the stone wall runs exactly along the commune border between Hautvillers and Cumières. The Marne river is also visible, and just at the left edge of the picture the Canal lateral á la Marne runs into Marne, through a lock that is just barely visible here. The land immediately beyond the Marne river is located in the Mardeuil commune, and in the background, the western parts of Épernay are visible in the background. | ||
