ไทย: หอโหวด 101 เป็นหอคอยอยู่ในจังหวัดร้อยเอ็ด ตั้งอยู่ภายในสวนสมเด็จพระศรีนครินทร์ ร้อยเอ็ด บริเวณด้านหน้าศาลากลางจังหวัดและบึงพลาญชัย เปิดทำการเมื่อวันที่ 21 ธันวาคม พ.ศ. 2563 มีพื้นที่ใช้สอยจริงจำนวน 12 ชั้น เทียบเท่าความสูงของตึก 35 ชั้น มีความสูง 123 เมตร รวมพื้นที่ทั้งหมด 3,621 ตารางเมตร[1] หอชมเมืองสร้างตามยุทธศาสตร์การพัฒนาเมืองร้อยเอ็ด 4.0 เพื่อส่งเสริมการท่องเที่ยวชื่อ "โครงการสามเหลี่ยมการท่องเที่ยวสาเกตนคร" โดยมีการเชื่อม 3 อำเภอเข้าด้วยกัน ได้แก่ อำเภอเมืองร้อยเอ็ด อำเภอธวัชบุรี และอำเภอหนองพอก[2] หอชมเมืองหรือหอโหวด ๑๐๑ ตั้งชื่อตามเครื่องดนตรีพื้นบ้านอีสาน "โหวด" ซึ่งเป็นเครื่องดนตรีประจำจังหวัดและถูกนำมาออกแบบเป็นรูปทรงของอาคาร และชื่อจังหวัด "๑๐๑" ภายในอาคารประดับตกแต่งโดยสอดแทรกเรื่องราวท้องถิ่นกับความร่วมสมัย เช่น ดอกอินทนิลบก ดอกไม้ประจำจังหวัด ที่ทำจากคริสตัล เป็นต้น
