«Прямоугольное полотнище с отношением ширины к длине 2:3, воспроизводящее композицию герба Боковского района в синем, красном и жёлтом цветах».

Описание герба: «В пересечённом лазоревым и червлёным золотой пояс, сопровождаемый в лазуревом поле тремя церковными золотыми главками (средняя больше), в червлёном поле — семью золотыми хлебными колосьями, перевязанных у основания золотой лентой, обременённых в основании двумя перекрещёнными золотыми шашками в ножнах рукоятями верх».
