«Прямоугольное двухстороннее полотнище с отношением ширины к длине 2:3, воспроизводящее фигуры герба Большанского сельского поселения, выполненные красным, чёрным, белым и жёлтым цветом».

Описание герба: «В червлёном поле под чёрной, тонко окаймлённой серебром, вырезанной главой, образующей вершину тройной горы — серебряный идущий олень с золотыми рогами, гривой и копытами, сопровождённый вверху по сторонам золотыми летящими пчёлами с серебряными крыльями».
