«Прямоугольное двухстороннее полотнище с отношением ширины к длине 2:3, воспроизводящее фигуры герба Новореченского сельского поселения, выполненные белым, синим, жёлтым и чёрным цветом».

Описание герба: «В серебряном поле под чёрной вырезанной главой, образующей вершину тройной горы — лазоревая, обременённая семью золотыми византийскими звездами сообразно щиту, фигура, внизу подобная двум краям, вверху же сомкнутая подобно арке, и под ней — две лазоревых звезды, также о восьми лучах каждая, меньшая над большей».
