English: The Horse Leech, Haemopis sanguisuga.
Deutsch: Der Pferdeegel (Haemopis sanguisuga) weist oberseits keine roten Längsstreifen auf. Zum Fotografieren wurden die zwei Individuen aus dem Wasser genommen und ans Ufer gesetzt. Dies macht ihnen nichts aus, sie kriechen bisweilen – etwa zur Paarung – sogar von selbst an Land.
