Summary
[edit]DescriptionPhelipanche ramosa seed coat autofluorescence.jpg |
English: The autofluorescence of ornamented testa of hemp broomrape (Phelipanche ramosa (L.) Pomel) “dust” seeds. This species is included in the list of phytoquarantine weeds because it parasitizes the roots of such important crops as potatoes, tomatoes, hemp, and tobacco. Image was documented with a Zeiss 710 confocal laser scanning microscope (CLSM) platform (Carl Zeiss, Germany) equipped with digital microscope camera AxioCam HR and objective Plan-Apochromat 20x/0.8 (WD=0.55mm). For the autofluorescence excitation, DPSS-laser line (561 nm) was used. The summed image represents the maximum intensity projection of Z-stacks series reconstructed in Zeiss Zen Blue 2012 software. Scale bar: 100 μm. English: The autofluorescence of ornamented testa of hemp broomrape (Phelipanche ramosa (L.) Pomel) “dust” seeds. |
