ATLANTIC OCEAN (May 23, 2008) Sailors apart of Combat Systems Department, CS7 Division, download the Rolling Airframe Missile System (RAM) which holds a total of 21 missiles. Prior to returning to home port it is required that the missile system be downloaded and rendered safe. The missiles are then stored for future transfer to the next carrier in the line for overseas deployment. Truman is currently assigned to Sixth Fleet and conducting theater security cooperative activities in the Atlantic Ocean.
