Public domain According to the Romanian Law on Copyright and Neighboring Rights Law no. 8/1996 of March 14, 1996 with further amendments Chapter 3 Article 9 the following documents shall not benefit from the legal protection accorded to copyright:

Română: Descrierea stemei:

Potrivit anexei nr. 1.3, stema comunei Hãrman se compune dintr-un scut triunghiular, cu marginile rotunjite, despicat. În partea dreaptã, în câmp rosu, se aflã un semn auriu a cãrui formã este de cheie întoarsã, cu marginea dreaptã alungitã. În partea stângã, în câmp argintiu, se aflã o lalea cu tulpinã, frunze verzi si floare rosie, încãrcatã cu pete de argint. Scutul este trimbrat de o coroanã muralã de argint, cu un turn crenelat. Semnificatiile elementelor însumate: Semnul auriu este marca juridicã de odinioarã a comunei Hãrman. Planta semnificã laleaua pestritã, plantã rarã, ocrotitã, care creste în locul numit Izvorul Rece, situat între satele Hãrman si Podu Oltului. Coroana muralã cu un turn crenelat semnificã faptul cã localitatea are rangul de comunã.
