English: Portrait of Raimon Panikkar-Alemany (November 2, 1918 – August 26, 2010; also known as Raimundo Panikkar and Raymond Panikkar[1]) was a Spanish Roman Catholic priest and a proponent of inter-religious dialogue. As a scholar, he specialized in comparative religion.
Technique used in portrait: pencil on paper. Català: Retrat d'en Raimon Panikkar-Alemany (2 de Novembre 1918 - 26 d'Agost 2010). Fou un filòsof i teòleg català que desenvolupà una filosofia interreligiosa i intercultural, amb una nova obertura respectuosa al diàleg amb les tradicions no occidentals. La seva filosofia té com a objectiu transformar la civilització determinada per un sistema occidental imposat com una única alternativa.
Tècnica utilitzada en el retrat: llapis sobre paper. Español: Retrato de Raimon Panikkar-Alemany (2 de Noviembre de 1918 - 26 de Agosto de 2010). Fue un filósofo, teólogo y escritor español que desarrolló una filosofía interreligiosa e intercultural, con una nueva apertura respetuosa al diálogo con otros sujetos y tradiciones no-occidentales. Su filosofía tiene como objetivo transformar nuestra civilización que está determinada por un sistema occidental impuesto como una única alternativa.
