Modifikation der Karte DEMBlackForest.png. DEMBlackForest.png zeigt den Schwarzwald in einer verzerrten Schrägansicht, so dass Nord-Süd-Entfernungen verkürzt erscheinen. In dieser Modifikation der Karte wurde diese Verzerrung entfernt. Dadurch lassen sich auch Overlays auf der Basis anderer Karten relativ einfach überblenden (z.B. Grenzen, Verkehrsnetzte oder Flüsse). Overlays, basierend auf amtlichen topographischen Karten müssen - neben einer Skalierung - noch um etwa 1° gedreht werden, um mit der Schwarzwaldkarte Deckung zu erzielen.
