Description
Svenska: Det svarta lokalfrimärket såldes endast i Stockholm och har endast mycket sällsynt använts i andra städer. Lokalbrevavgiften inom Stockholm var 2 skilling banco. Normalt var att avsändaren satte på ett märke och mottagaren betalade den andra skillingen kontant. Det var också möjligt att förse brevet med två märken. Då kunde försändelsen överlämnas till adressaten utan kostnad. Utbärningsavgiften var betald i förväg. Upplaga: 1 614 500, 1 skilling banco, senare 3 öre. Märkena framställdes utan vattenmärke (endast i arkmarginalerna). Ogiltigt till frankering fr. o. m. den 30 december 1910.
