English: Three dimensional super resolution microscopy of BRP-shortcherry. Movie shows the signal related to BRP-shortcherry within the volume. The localization in the z-axis is color coded. Due to the highly inclined illumination the optical section has a thickness of 920 nm. Later in the movie the density of signal within a radius of 100 nm is represented and reveals sites of higher signal density indicative for active zones in the presynaptic bouton of the OPN. |
