8 June 1664: transferred to Supraśl

1944: destroyed
Notes
English: The iconostasis was created in Gdańsk.[1] It was one of the most distinguished baroque works of this type across the whole of Podlachia. The 16th century frescoes above the altar were created by anonimous Ruthenian painter. The iconostasis was destroyed by the Soviet soliders in about 1941, while the Church was blown up by the German Army in 1944.[1]

Pałac Opatów sowieci odstępując w 1941 roku podpalali dwa razy, aż zawaliły sie dachy i stropy. W trzy lata później oddział ukraińskich minerów, będących na niemieckim żołdzie, wnosi do bazyliki miny przeznaczone do zablokowania "Tatarskiego Goscinca". Rano potężna detonacja rozwiązała problem komu się bazylika i ikonostas należy."
