“本標線禁止時間爲每日上午七時至晚間八時，如有延長或縮短之必要時，應以標誌及附牌標示之。”
English: Taiwanese Prohibitory Markings: No Parking
These markings prohibited parking from 7 (am) to 20 (8 pm) unless extended or reduced by signs and plates.
