Description
English: Grey arrows show inductions. Black is used when direct regulation was demonstrated. Red lines show molecular interactions. Some of the regulations have not been demonstrated in mice and may come from Zebrafish or Xenopus. Mix, Sox17 and Gatas each regulate a subset of differentiation genes (Sinner et al., 2006).
