Português: Erigido no interior da Capela de Nossa Senhora da Piedade o túmulo do Arcebispo D. Diogo de Sousa foi esculpido cerca de 1530.
O sarcófago integra uma arca tumular paralelepipédica com jacente sobre a tampa, assente sobre seis leões e decorada em duas das faces. O jacente apresenta o corpo colocado para a esquerda, deitado de costas, envergando vestes pontificais com mitra. As mãos, em posição de oração, seguram um terço, exibindo um anel no dedo mindinho da mão direita. A cabeça apoia-se em duas almofadas com borlas, e os pés repousam num cão, deitado sobre as quatro patas.
