Due to a few items in the photo, I believe it is not from 1997.

1)The Blue Moose Bar and Grill is not present south of DeMers Ave. in East Grand Forks 2)There are still tracks on the Pillsbury Bridge line. -en:JWGreen 02:23, 28 April 2007 (UTC)[reply]

The USACE has confirmed that the image is from 1979:
