Bogus Speedy Deletion Tag

A speedy deletion tag was placed on this image that was clearly meant for File:Alexandre Desplat.jpg, not this image. It claims that this image is copyrighted to "Xavier Forcioli" and has been here for two years, but this image is copyrighted to a US Embassy Photographer and was uploaded this past week. This speedy deletion tag was clearly meant for File:Alexandre Desplat.jpg "Xavier Forcioli" in the EXIF info and was uploaded just over two years ago. --Ahecht (talk) 16:42, 19 November 2015 (UTC)
