According to Corbis image [1] the photo was created 1923. The "source" of this file doesnt allow for any verification, neither the date, nor the authorship, the corbis image has a writing on it which maybe allows to find out the author. Since the date is possibly >January 1, 1923 it does not allow for verification of the copyright status. --Martin H. (talk) 00:32, 2 January 2011 (UTC)
Additionally, picture of Man in the image looks much older than a man who would be 40 at the time of the picture but someone who looked more like their early 50s. If it was indeed taken in 1923, the subject would 51 at that time. Jedi2155 (talk) 02:50, 19 March 2020 (UTC)
