This is bualanum not elberti. See killi-data, which has the complete discussion or killi net which hasrhe taxonomic argument. There is no actual evidence elberti is a valid taxon, the opinions it is are gven witout argument and arguments for bualanum are strong. Catalog of fishes also lists both as a valid species which is an error as there is no way to differentiate the two. Huber has the last word in ICZN filings and this goes unchallenged, so elberti is a junior synonym of bualanum.
