Soldiers in this photo are most likely British, not American, soldiers. The equipment being worn by the soldiers is standard British equipment, not American. Other details that would aid in a definitive identification are not visible (rifles being used, uniform style/cut, etc.) These are British soldiers carrying Lee Enfield rifles, i believe they are soldiers of the 9th East surrey Regiment 1917 in Belguim. — Preceding unsigned comment was added by 92.232.123.78 (talk) 19:25, 17 January 2020 (UTC)
