Small numbers?

What are the small numbers to the left of the flags? At first I thought it was the months, but the 12s are on the year separator lines so it can't be months. It also can't be bouts fought defending title, because some fighters who were champs for only a short time have large numbers. Is it months with the 12s and 1s just incorrectly placed? -- Jeandré, 2009-11-18t17:56z

Flags

Some flags like the union jack are stretched, but others like old glory are just extended or cut short - how about not stretching any flags, and extending all flags that need it, e.g. the union jack at [1]? Some flags are currently horizontal while others are vertical. -- Jeandré, 2009-11-18t17:56z
