(RESOLVED) On the rendering error occurs on client

This is a copy of same discussion page on Wikipedia. I think this note will be useful so I copied it here.

Hello all,

I know this SVG has some errors that made it unable to render on a browser. (But it's still fine on generating PNG preview.) Unfortunately I don't have any idea how to fix it. If you have a solution, please reply me rather than only deleting it. I will be very glad to fix it once I had a solution.

I am using Adobe Illustrator CC 2015, since my Inkscape can't handle such image.

Update

I managed to fix that issue by resaving the image in Inkscape once and then upload it.

I think the issue happened on the Illustrator side: I used an Illustrator built-in layer function in the process of creating it, which I think is the reason that caused problem.

Illustrator didn't gave me the second chance. It says my file is not a correct SVG file, which is really weird since I just created it by Illustrator 5 mins ago. I presume that's because I didn't choose to "preserve Illustrator editing capability"(or something like that. Sorry I am not using a English copy of it.)
