not a copyvio[edit]

Coat of Arms was created from scratch by user Flanker, he released his version as PD. The Italian Army has released all the material on its hoempage under Cc-by-2.5. The Coat of Arms, if not copied from the Army homepage are in fact PD. The Italian Army only restricts the use rank insignia and unit badges (for obvious reasons). Therefore this is not a copyvio and the licensed correctly. --Noclador 21:44, 4 August 2007 (UTC)[reply]
