The spoon does not demonstrate the en:coanda effect, rather it demonstrates en:Surface tension. The water sticks to the spoon because of surface tension. The correct way of showing the effect is in water or wind tunnels with colored fluid. See also the en:coanda effect article on wikipedia in english. Setreset (talk) 05:43, 25 June 2010 (UTC)
