Hugo Gerard Ströhls original drawing shows the banner of the right supporter with the Schleswig lions facing the normal heraldic way.

I'm aware of the story of Bismarck changing the shield, making the Schleswig lions face the Holstein nettle leaf, but is there a source that it also applies for the banner carried by the supporter? Valentinian T / C 17:44, 8 April 2018 (UTC)[reply]
