Sorry, I accidentally did not put in an edit summary. I brightened this image considerably. As with many of the files from the American Memory website, they only use about 3/4 of the possible histogram, which is easily corrected.--Koeppen 00:47, 9 July 2006 (UTC)
Flip[edit]
The image should be horizontally flipped (see original, http://www.loc.gov/pictures/resource/fsa.8d13230/). In the other photos from this series (e.g. http://www.loc.gov/pictures/resource/fsa.8d13229/), Duke Ellington and his piano are on the left of the stage (as viewed from the audience). This orientation would place him on the opposite side of the stage. -- Gyrofrog (talk) 14:20, 19 January 2012 (UTC)
