Somalia has not yet joined the EAC

As mentioned in my edit summary, Somalia has not yet joined the EAC. The EAC agreed to admit Somalia, but the treaty of accession still needs to be ratified before it can join. The treaty was signed by Somalia in December, and Somalia now has 6 months to ratify it in order to officially become a member state. See details here: [1]. Given that Somalia is not yet a member of the EAC, it is incorrect to depict it as such, hence I've reverted again. If you disagree, please join the conversation here rather than prematurly reverting to the incorrect version of the map: en:Talk:East_African_Community#The_Federal_Republic_of_Somalia_has_been_admitted_as_the_8th_member_of_the_EAC.
