The name of the file is INCORRECT! Must be Flag of Bulgaria (1948).svg because after 1948 bulgarian coat of arms is changed!!! --Пакко 06:09, 10 June 2009 (UTC)

The coat of arms is wrong. It has the date "9 XI 1944". It should actually be "9 IX 1944", as in the 1948 and 1971 flags, in reference to the uprising of the pro-Soviet Fatherland Front. Daydreamers (talk) 17:01, 25 February 2016 (UTC)
