This flag is backwards. I haven't been able to find any evidence that it was ever red-white-blue instead of blue-white-red. This led to it also being categorized incorrectly on List of flags with blue, red, and white stripes --DrKC9N (talk) 14:33, 11 November 2021 (UTC)
