I see that there are a few differences to the commons imgae, but read the description page there: It's easy to put a border around this flag. So this file is obsolete anyway. ----

Red colour[edit]

At the time of writing, the red colour is Pantone 185C. To me this looks strangely vivid and a bit orange and definitely out of line with the colours for the flag of England, the Union Jack, and so on, which red seems usually to be Pantone 186C. The 185C value seems to come from [1], but how reliable/official is this? Older versions of the image show a more natural-looking red which is 186C or thereabouts.
