I have found two sources on the Internet about the RGB colours of the Italian flag:

These pages give different codes than what are used in this image. Maybe we should consider changing the image. --CSamulili 12:11, 18 May 2005 (UTC)[reply]

The first version of the flag in the image history used the vexilla-mundi colors. Dbenbenn 18:44, 18 May 2005 (UTC)[reply]
Good that you noticed that. Would it be wrong to revert to the old version when Panairjdde didn't give any reason for his/her update? If, of course, the colours in the previous version are more plausible. --CSamulili 16:16, 19 May 2005 (UTC)[reply]
I reverted the image to the older version. --CSamulili 19:05, 31 May 2005 (UTC)[reply]
I reverted to my version, which is the same in en.wikipedia. www.vexilla-mundi.com/ has the wrong pantone colors, www.newsmobile.it is a fake, you cannot translate from pantone to rgb through photoshop, since pantone is a catalogue not a scientific description of the colors.--Panairjdde 17:27, 3 Jun 2005 (UTC)

It would be cool to replace this flag with a 2 pixel x 3 pixel image. There's no reason to have it in high resolution, since it can be scaled up automatically to give exactly the same image (to any width that's a multiple of 3). Dbenbenn 18:56, 18 May 2005 (UTC)[reply]
