The source added to the page (https://www.crwflags.com/fotw/flags/it_klove.html) shows a flag with a different Coat from this one. Other than that, the same source says that "...Perhaps is not the flag of the Kingdom, but the standard of the viceroy (the pattern is similar to the Austrian rank flags...)" and "The kingdom never had an own flag" and also "This is a doubtful flag: it is green with a border of triangles alternate green and black. In the center there is the crowned two headed eagle with sword and scepter. Should be attributed to the kingdom governor.".
