There're quite a lot of reliable sources of historical photos shows that the additional pennant is a thin, right-angle triangle, and texts with stepped appearance.

The form with the upper triangle as a right-angled triangle has the text in a higher position as it approaches the cantonal side, as in the unedited file, while in the form with the upper triangle separated, the text string is horizontal and at the same height. In the version you have submitted, the string '和平反共建國' is tilted to the left at the top, giving it an unnatural appearance.--京都東 (talk) 14:16, 13 February 2024 (UTC)

Okay so why not edit the SVG and send me the link so I can update it instead of spam reverting it? Besides it was literally never standardized outside of the yellow pennant.

If you can get me a new version then I will change it, but I am going to revert the file one last time and I'm going to see if I can change it on my own.
