It is not a violation of copyright, it is source uncertainty.[edit]

The image here uploaded is not the property of the placed link, it only represents the origin direction of this higher resolution image. However, it does not exempt me from providing an exact source, in which if I request help (to determine the source and if it corresponds with the philosopher) -

However, I doubt that this is violating copyright in both parts, namely that it belongs to a page of images and photographs (Gettyimages for example) or to the direct author of the work; in the face of insufficient information regarding this portrait; I can only opt for possible.

It has been preferable to choose extracted from a website before passing it as (in the options) free of copyright, I can not guarantee the origin; uploading it should make it possible to add more information to the future, so I do not see much discrepancy in the fact that it continues online.
