This refers to sites in dutch langauge as f.e. http://nl.wikipedia.org/wiki/De_goede_ruil :

Please note that http://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/SCHUM-St%C3%A4dte describes the items the man is holding in his hands as following: "Der für Juden vorgeschriebene gelbe Ring auf der Kleidung zeichnet ihn als Juden aus, der Geldbeutel in der einen Hand als im Geldgeschäft tätig und der Bund Knoblauch in der anderen Hand als aus einer der sog. SchUM-Städte stammend".

"jew = his work always has to do with money-business" as a common generalization in european history reflects in the dutch undertitle but the assumption is simply wrong ! Garlic is a symbol of/for the SchUM jews only and as far as I know based on a simple play with words, as biblical hebrew "schum" means "garlic" ! Could someone speaking dutch maybe correct the picture's undertitle here accordingly? Simply translate the german one and add a half phrase on what the SchUM cities are? We´re in a field here were typical wiki-half-truths become anything between dangerously misleading, annoying and simply stupid! Thorough cross-checking with existing wikipedia sites, although not enough in itself, could have helped here !
