Hello, I am always concerned when I receive these messages as I want to follow the rules - but they are very complicated and instructions are not clear, perhaps due to my not very good English. This person is dead since 1873, so more than 70 years, and so is the person who has taken the picture. So I think it should be free of rights, but I clicked on the button "I'm not sure" because I would like an administrator to confirm this. I have written on the "Italian Bar" so that I can interact in Italian to find someone who can tutor me on Wikimedia Commons. I am waiting for their feed-back.
