di-no permission tag removal

This file was tagged for deletion because there was no evidence of permission. I removed the tag. Sannse is/was a long-time editor and sysop (and, in her day, an Arb) in good standing who evidently (see here, where something similar happened a few years ago) used to deal with Wikipedia email (either a precursor to, or the early days of, OTRS). Barring any reason to doubt Sannse's description of events, the description of the email above seems to me to be de facto satisfaction of the "send email to permissions-en@wikimedia.org" requirement, despite the lack of a specific OTRS ticket number. --Floquenbeam (talk) 22:33, 23 August 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks Floquenbeam. Yes, I used to answer Wikipedia's email (pretty much by myself for a while - back when that was still possible ;). I'm pretty sure this was in OTRS, someone can probably dig out the ticket number if needed. I gave up OTRS access when I moved to Wikia, so can't get it for you now. -- sannse (talk) 04:21, 24 August 2011 (UTC)[reply]
I will ask a volunteer at the Commons OTRS noticeboard to check into it. I was wanting to move this image to Commons but just wanted to ensure the permissions were intact first, so it doesn't end up deleted there. Thanks Sannse! Kelly hi! 16:34, 24 August 2011 (UTC)[reply]
