The flag design was created by tumblr blog "sadlesbeandisaster" (with 7 stripes). It was posted on 6 June 2018 in "quoth the raven: eat my shorts" @ https://sadlesbeandisaster.tumblr.com/post/174618152601/can-people-please-acknowledge-this-version-of-the. The blogger states "this is gonna be my last draft" and "if you like my flag consider donating to my paypal". The authorship has been corrected in the file description.
Btw, the source for the 5-stripes model in "the search for the official lesbian flag" Tumblr blog (sourced to post https://taqwomen.tumblr.com/post/176135526435) — in the Asian Culture blog @ https://taqwomen.tumblr.com — no longer exists.
[Addendum] It didn't occur to me until now that the 5-stripes version of the flag (that was sourced by official-lesbian-flag.tumblr to a post in taqwomen.tumblr) is a copyright infringement and derivative work of the original 7-stripes flag by designer @ sadlesbeandisaster.tumblr.
