  8. Di sete son arsa e vengo meno: ma datemi presto
  9. la fredda acqua che scorre dal lago di Mnemosyne".

  11. e dopo di allora con gli altri eroi sarai sovrana.

  1. You will find in the halls of Hades a spring on the left,
  2. and standing by it, a glowing white cypress tree;
  3. Do not approach this spring at all.
  4. You will find another, from the lake of Memory
  5. refreshing water flowing forth. But guardians are nearby.
  6. Say: “I am the child of Earth and starry Heaven;
  7. But my race is heavenly; and this you know yourselves.
  8. I am parched with thirst and I perish; but give me quickly
  9. refreshing water flowing forth from the lake of Memory.”
  10. And then they will give you to drink from the divine spring,
  11. And then you will celebrate? [rites? with the other] heroes.
