Source and issues

1. What the sources for this map (books, authors, pages)?
2. The Ottoman Empire didn't grow out of Constantinople but through a migration and conquests of Turkic people coming from the east. See Seljuq dynasty for example. As such, the map seems original research.--Codrin.B (talk) 16:27, 3 February 2012 (UTC)
