Hi ! This picture is not from 1934.
Why : Victor Denain is wearing 5 stars on his sleeves, denoting his rank of Général d'armée.
Problem is : 1 - He was only Général de division (3 stars) in 1934. 2 - The rank of Général d'armée was creayed only in 1939.
