Copyright issue The issues seem to revolve around the use of an image in a book scanned by the uploader. The NPG claim copyright as it comes from their book. As a collector I possess this image as a postcard published by Bassano in 1887. As the image is distinct from the PNG's photograph and book, will its use help resolve the dispute?
