In fact the information provided by the uploader states that it is one item in an album of photographs taken of and at an outdoor procession. The priest is properly vested for such a procession, not for Mass. Another photo take at the same procession is photo uploaded at the same time. Theodoxa (talk) 16:01, 9 February 2021 (UTC)
