Issue of deletion for copyright violation: Syberia

I am quite surprised to see that the 10 screenshots of the game Syberia are considered as a possible copyright violation. The OTRS permission to use these files with the CC-BY-SA 3.0 licence directly comes from the CEO of the publishing company Anuman Interactive. Of course the whole game (Syberia) is still copyrighted, but the 10 screenshots on Wikimedia are now under a free licence thanks to the permission.
