Tetrachordo?

This is NOT a "trichordo" bouzouki. Trichordos have 6-strings in 3-courses.

This is a tetrachordo bouzouki: 8-strings in 4-courses.

Title needs to be changed.

No, it isn't. Have a look a the image in full resolution. Two of the tuning pegs are not used. That's common with trichordos. See also en:WP / The three-course bouzouki (trichordo):
“The illustrated bouzouki was made by Karolos Tsakirian of Athens, and is a replica of a trichordo bouzouki made by his grandfather for Markos Vamvakaris […] It has tuners for eight strings, but has only six strings, the neck being too narrow for eight.
